Payment and Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Information

We ship our models with the utmost care to ensure that the delicate 3D-printed details arrive safely at your doorstep.

  • Shipping Provider: Our standard shipping is handled via Deutsche Post / DHL as a tracked shipment. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Germany: Free shipping.

    • EU (Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Latvia): For these destinations, we charge a flat shipping fee of 10.49 €.

  • Delivery Times: Unless otherwise stated in the product offer, the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 4 business days. For international shipments to the EU countries listed above, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days.

  • Important Note: Since each model is individually manufactured for you using 3D printing technology, production begins after receipt of payment. For personalized models (e.g., custom lettering), the delivery time may increase slightly.

2. Payment Information

The following payment methods are available through Shopify Payments in our shop:

  • PayPal

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Klarna (Invoice/Pay Later)

  • Bank Transfer in Advance (Our bank details will be provided in your order confirmation email).

3. Note on Sales Tax (Small Business Status)

As a small business owner according to Section 19 (1) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax (VAT) is charged. The prices listed are final prices plus shipping costs where applicable.
